I prefer the ones with the white or light-colored base that don't look "bottom heavy," but the Number #1 <a href="http://ucsbckzix.com">fatcor</a> is opting for one that doesn't look like a dusting nightmare with lots of nooks and crannies. :-) Maintenance has become the first thing I think of, especially in high-use rooms. Not such a fashionable mindset, but practical for my real life.
