I have to use this every night now because I can't sleep <a href="http://lcbqaoa.com">wiohutt</a> it. If I know I m a little extra stressed I can take an extra one with no grogginess in the morning. I love that 5 htp is already in it. I fall asleep easily, always have, but have trouble with the 3:00-5:00 hours! This has made a dramatic difference for me.
